Our professional staff are here to provide hourly to 24 hr care, weekend and overnight care (Since COVID-19 this depends on staff availability).

Many people do not want to move to assisted living units or nursing homes. They want to stay in familiar surroundings, among treasured possessions, and in some cases with their pets.  We have experienced community professionals who will provide a personalised care plan to assist with activities such as respite care for carers or families, personal care, friendly companionship, shopping, light housework, laundry assistance, showering, medication reminders.  It is our goal to employ competent, caring, and well-trained individuals who are responsive to the needs of our clients, their families, and the communities we serve. Each staff member will meet the Qld educational and training requirements for the services they provide.

 We service Bundaberg and the surrounding areas. We are not an emergency service and we require at least 48 hours notice to ensure you have a personalised care plan in place with appropriately trained and qualified staff available to meet your needs. If you are not feeling the best, you should ring your GP and chat to them about your options, or if you are in distress you need to ring 000.
